This web site is owned and operated by Arranged Musical Options Ltd. trading as Alan Gregory Music & Musical Instruments who are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction.
Arranged Musical Options Ltd. aims to provide top quality musical instruments, sheet music and accessories at the most competitive prices possible in the United Kingdom.
Product will be supplied at realistic prices, without any hidden extra charges or special terms or conditions outside those contained herein.
These terms and conditions apply to all orders received by Arranged Musical Options Ltd. online or via e-mail, telephone and post. Placement of an order using these methods indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.
These terms and conditions do not affect customers' statutory rights.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
All products offered on Arranged Musical Options Ltd. website are subject to availability. Should an item be out of stock, it will be ordered from the supplier automatically and the customer notified and advised of the estimated delivery timescale. The customer has an option to cancel the order should a delay be unacceptable.
We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Solo, Switch and Maestro. Payment card details are taken in our secure checkout, which uses 128 bit encryption. The value of orders placed from outside the United Kingdom will be converted to local currency by the credit card company.
Receipt of orders placed via the internet is confirmed by return e-mail. It does not signify that a contract as yet exists between Arranged Musical Options Ltd. and the customer. Acceptance of an order, and hence the existence of a contract, is confirmed when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable before initiating despatch and payment of the outstanding balance.
All required fields and sections of the online order forms must be completed with the correct information to avoid subsequent delays in order processing. Arranged Musical Options Ltd. cannot be held responsible for non delivery of goods when an incorrect address has been entered.
It is very important where the item(s) ordered are not of the same manufacturer or brand that a check is done to make sure the item(s) ordered fit correctly before use. Arranged Musical Options Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by an item(s) where it is deemed not suitable for the undertaking that the item(s) were purchased for. We are happy to advise over the phone or email but in some cases it would be better to advise directly in person due to the complexity of all the products we sell, before you make your purchase.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us on 0161 445 4466 and we will happy to correct the mistake for you.
Entry of customer and payment details is received by Arranged Musical Options Ltd. Secure Server and verified for our mutual security. Should proof of identification and/or address be required we will contact you. We will also contact you should any problems arise regarding the Debit or Credit Card authorisation.
As Delivery is by outside delivery company we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal system.
Shipment for all UK orders will be charged by size and weight of the parcel.
We will do our utmost to make sure that all orders are fulfilled and delivered within the timeframe specified but should events outside our control prevent this we will contact you by email and arrange alternatives.
Additional shipping charges will be made for international orders based on the weight of product(s) ordered. Please contact us for details.
Orders will be scheduled for despatch within 1 to 5 working days from date of acceptance. Assuming stock availability. However, whilst every effort will be made to ensure deliveries are made on the scheduled day, Arranged Musical Options Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any failed deliveries. This is because we are reliant on external couriers whose actions are beyond our control. In such instances deliveries will be re-scheduled for a mutually convenient date.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Where a delivery has failed, resulting in return of the item to Arranged Musical Options Ltd. by the courier, an additional delivery charge at the same rate as the original will be levied on redelivery.
Delivery charges are shown on our site and are applicable for MAINLAND UK deliveries only. Charges for deliveries to other territories are subject to individual quotation.
As payments are made via credit or debit card, it is vital that the customer provides the exact billing address and telephone number which is held by the card provider. Any incorrect information provided will cause delays in order processing. Orders will only be processed once an authorisation notification has been received from the card company.
Arranged Musical Options Ltd. shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of ordered products.
Products sent to remote parts of the United Kingdom or the rest of the world may take longer to deliver.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
All prices displayed on the Arranged Musical Options Ltd. website include V.A.T. at 20% or in the case of Sheet Music prices are Zero Rated. All other orders outside the EU will be exported VAT free.
When the order is placed at our website, credit and debit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Ownership of products supplied by Arranged Musical Options Ltd. will pass to the customer on receipt at the delivery address. Any and all communications with Arranged Musical Options Ltd. shall be with the customer only.
All products supplied are covered by the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions and stipulated guarantee period.
Arranged Musical Options Ltd. does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Issue a unique identifier (e.g. customer login)
d. Monitor customer account status beyond that required for individual purchases
e. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
Any information collected by Arranged Musical Options Ltd., including that gathered at the time of ordering, is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Arranged Musical Options Ltd. do not sell or transmit any customer's personal information, including e-mail addresses, to any organisation for any purpose other than for processing orders placed with us (where necessary).
Where there is sufficient evidence to suggest that fraud is being perpetrated, Arranged Musical Options Ltd. reserve the right to pass identification, such as name, address, email and ISP details, to other businesses, fraud databases and the relevant authorities.
If products arrive in a damaged condition, the customer must make a note on the courier's consignment note. It is the customer's responsibility to notify Arranged Musical Options Ltd. within 3 days of receipt by fax or e-mail.
It is the customer's responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the courier's consignment note and report any shortages to Arranged Musical Options Ltd. within 3 days of receipt by fax or e-mail.
All goods must be checked thoroughly prior to signing at time of delivery as neither Arranged Musical Options Ltd. nor our couriers can be held responsible for any claims for damages or shortages arising thereafter.
It is the customer's responsibility to notify Arranged Musical Options Ltd. of any incorrect goods supplied within 3 days of receipt.
Arranged Musical Options Ltd. will not accept any liability for products lost in transit unless notified within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Potential replacement of damaged or defective goods will only be made after receipt and inspection of said goods by Arranged Musical Options Ltd. personnel at their premises. All returns must be with the original manufacturers packaging.
The customer may cancel the order within 7 days from the day after receipt of the goods. The purchase price, less carriage, of unwanted goods returned to Arranged Musical Options Ltd. in their original condition and with their original packaging will be refunded. The customer is liable for all carriage charges relating to the return of unwanted items. Alternatively, the opportunity to negotiate an exchange for an item of the same value will be made available.
This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Arranged Musical Options Ltd. will not refund, exchange or repair free of charge any goods damaged, marked or no longer of merchantable quality.
Any refund due will be processed within 30 days from the date of cancellation of an order.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
